INQA coaching
INQA coaching is a publicly funded consulting programme for German SMEs. Across a series of workshops, employees and management develop solutions for the work of tomorrow – I facilitate the process.

Funded and predictable
The programme is subsidised; scope and sequence are defined up front. I check eligibility with you first.
Leadership and team in step
Both sides work on the same questions at the same table, structured and facilitated.
Able to continue alone
You leave the programme with an approach you can keep running without a coach.
Four stages

First call & application
Check fit and eligibility, agree the topic, get the application moving.

Kick-off workshop
Start the learning process: describe the current situation together, clarify goals and roles.

Develop solutions
Several workshops with the in-house project team – visualised, documented, tested.

Make it stick
Move results into daily work, assess the effect, agree the next steps.
