When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. According to STRATO, IP addresses in the log files are anonymised at the point of collection and stored for a maximum of seven days.

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The provider processes the data as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.

The contact form submits your name, email address, optionally your company, and your message. I use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and never pass them on to third parties.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The details are deleted once the enquiry is complete and no statutory retention periods apply.

To prevent automated submissions, the form checks a hidden field and the time taken to complete it via a signed, time-limited token. Your IP address is processed briefly to limit the submission rate (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and deleted after 24 hours. No external captcha service is used.

All fonts (Barlow, Barlow Condensed, IBM Plex Mono, ITC Conduit) are loaded exclusively from this website's own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other external providers is made.

This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no tracking services. Technically necessary cookies are used only where required to operate the contact form.

The link to my LinkedIn profile is a plain hyperlink; data is only transferred to LinkedIn once you click it. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is the controller for any processing on their side.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time.
