About me

About me

Process consultant, trainer and coach based in Cologne – for over two decades working where people, processes and technology meet.

I help organizations and teams improve their processes, make collaboration visible, and build future-ready ways of working.

My professional journey started exactly where, to this day, most things come together for me: at the intersection of people, processes and technology. After training as an IT systems specialist at Xerox alongside a business administration degree, I gradually specialised in process improvement – first as a consultant, later as a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In that role I spent more than a decade on international projects, from Germany across much of Europe to Asia and the United States – always with the same core: understand complex workflows, win people over for change, and make improvements stick.

In 2012 I went freelance and have since supported companies across a wide range of industries in process and transformation projects. In parallel, my second passion took shape: conveying complex content visually. Since 2023 I have been Head of Process, Strategy & Cooperations at bikablo GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for the brand's international trainer and franchise network – combining my process expertise with visual facilitation, digital infrastructure and automation.

That breadth of experience – structured process thinking, visual communication, digital automation and coaching people through change – is what defines my work today: I don't just bring methods, I bring the ability to connect them.

Virtual collaboration isn't a compromise for me – it's a real strength. My workspace is professionally equipped for online formats, so trainings, workshops and coaching sessions are just as impactful remotely as they are in person.

My work is built on strong partnerships – with The Lean Six Sigma Company, Procise, TÜV Rheinland, and the Obeya Association.

My five areas of expertise

Never underestimate the power of the process.
