Lean Six Sigma

Training and project work in one: your people learn the method on a real case from your own operation – and finish with a result you can show in numbers.

Value & outcome

What you end up with

Measurably better processes

Lead time, defect rate, rework: we agree the metric up front and prove the change with data.

Qualified people

Belt programmes with exam and certification – through my partners The Lean Six Sigma Company, Procise or TÜV Rheinland.

Projects that actually close

Coaching along DMAIC instead of a method graveyard: every project has a charter, a sponsor and an end.

Your own improvement routine

After the project the capability stays in house – your belts carry on without me.

Step by step

DMAIC – how we work together

  • D/M

    Define & Measure

Sharpen problem, scope and metric. Check the data, validate the measurement system, fix the baseline.

  • A

    Analyze

Causes, not symptoms: process analysis, data analysis and hypotheses we verify at the process itself.

  • I

    Improve

Develop solutions, pilot them small, prove the effect and roll them out with the people affected.

  • C

    Control

Standards, metrics and ownership so the new state holds – long after the project team is gone.

A format for every role

In-house training, open courses via my partners, project coaching for individual belts, or sparring for leaders who need to steer improvement rather than run the statistics themselves.

Frank was an excellent trainer and facilitator throughout the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. What stood out most was his ability to make concepts that can sometimes feel complex and theoretical seem practical and easy to understand. He constantly used real-life examples, hands-on exercises, and discussions that helped connect the methodology directly to the work we do every day.

The entire week was engaging, and I genuinely looked forward to each session. Frank created an environment that kept everyone motivated and involved, which made the training feel much shorter than a full week.

One of his most impressive strengths is his visual facilitation style. I've rarely seen someone explain ideas so effectively through drawings and illustrations while continuing to lead the discussion without missing a beat. Those visual explanations made many of the concepts much easier to grasp and remember.

What I value most is that I can already see how to apply many of the tools and concepts to my current projects. Having the training materials and my notes to refer back to has been extremely helpful, and I find myself revisiting them regularly. Overall, it was a very worthwhile training experience, and Frank's expertise, energy, and teaching style played a huge role in making it so effective.

For many years, Frank supported us in running and continuously developing our Orange Belt training for leaders. With his sound expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, together with his impressive bikablo drawing skills, he consistently managed to make even complex content understandable and tangible. Participants were regularly delighted by how vividly and memorably theoretical concepts were conveyed.

Beyond the trainings themselves, Frank was always available whenever we wanted to develop new methods and concepts or further improve our existing programmes. What made this especially valuable was that he did not just share his knowledge – he also enabled us to design and deliver trainings ourselves. Many of his approaches and visualisation techniques are now used successfully in our own Lean trainings.

Both professionally and personally, working with Frank was a great asset. He is always excellently prepared, responds to questions and individual requirements, and brings an open, pleasant manner that everyone involved values highly.

We are very grateful to Frank for the trusting collaboration, the many impulses, and the joint development of our trainings.
